Rod McShannon

Rod McShannon has forty years of business experience and is General Manager, Business Relations for BUSY At Work Apprenticeships Services division. Rod has an automotive trade background and diplomas in both Business Management and training.

Rod has a passion for the training industry having previously worked within both a Group Training Organisation and Registered Training Organisation. He has a proven track record establishing successful business procedures having previously managed an organisation of 1200 staff. Currently Rod’s position is responsible for a team of professional apprenticeship advisors, the cornerstone of BUSY At Work’s business operations.
