Apprentice Solutions provides a program of outsourced apprenticeship management to help your business retain staff and improve the long-term productivity and sustainability of your business. The Apprentice Solutions program has been designed to respond to employer concerns and to identify the key factors preventing apprentices from completing their qualification.
BUSY At Work Apprentice Solutions ensures your new recruit is the best fit from the outset. We provide your business with a tailored program which includes regular critical skills training, coaching and mentoring throughout the apprenticeship.
BUSY At Work’s Apprentice Solutions offers the following five services:
1. Outsourced Apprentices
Outsourced apprentices are employed by BUSY At Work but work at a partnering employer to complete their apprenticeship. This premium service provides access to critical skills training, coaching, monitoring and career-path development. This removes the hassle from the administration and paperwork, workers compensation, payroll and performance management.
2. Managed Apprentices
Managed apprentices are employed by and work for their employer but are managed by BUSY At Work Apprentice Solutions. This service includes all the aspects of our standard program including, recruitment, coaching, monitoring, career development and critical skills training for both the apprentice and supervisors.
3. Corporate Tailored Solutions
Tailored solutions are provided to large organisations to assist the company to meet future workforce needs. This service creates tailored programs that can be showcased as best practice. The services will predominantly include combinations of the above services.
4. School Based Programs
Our School Based Programs provide students with the opportunity to fully understand the challengers that lay in front and match these to their skills and aspirations. BUSY also provides support programs for these students and their partnering employer to ensure they transition successfully into their chosen career.
5. Critical Skills Training
Critical skills training is a key element of all the preceding services and is offered independently to employers in order to develop apprentices, supervisors and managers interpersonal skills.
