This premium service provides all the benefits of BUSY’s managed service plus we handle all the aspects of the apprentices’ employment including payroll, workers compensation and all the Government paperwork associated with hiring an apprentice or trainee. We make sure you have an enthusiastic and motivated apprentice who is work-ready.
Outsourced apprentices are employed by BUSY At Work but work at a partner employer to complete their on-the-job component of their apprenticeship.

Not only can you access critical skills training, coaching, career development for your apprentice, but we can also organise all the administration and paperwork, complete the monitoring, manage off-the-job training, workers compensation, payroll and performance management.

Candidate screening and employer matching
Before we employ an apprentice we ensure he or she completes all the necessary screening and testing to make sure they possess the right aptitude for the trade. Employers are able to select the candidate they feel is most suitable to their trade and their business.
Induction and training
All our apprentices or trainees commence their employment with BUSY with an intensive training phase which ensures they have the necessary skills, safety and confidence to start work with your business. This means by the time they reach your workplace they are work ready from the first day they arrive.
Career path planning
Our Account Managers provide regular and consistent advice and guidance to ensure the apprentices with BUSY At Work have productive and meaningful careers. We do this by developing structured career plans so they can reach their full potential.
Coaching and advice
Coaching is provided to all apprentices employed by BUSY At Work. This service is delivered by our staff who have a common understanding of apprentices’ needs and is based on encouragement, constructive comments, openness, mutual trust, respect and a willingness to learn and share. It ensures the apprentices you’ll have working in your business are performing to the best of their ability.
Critical skills training
We spend time training your apprentice in important life skills, including budgeting and communication. This training complements the technical aspects of their apprenticeship and equips the apprentices with interpersonal skills. This training ensures our apprentices know how to talk to your staff, highlight any concerns and be able to speak up when they need too.
Personal monitoring and assessment
We will monitor and review the progress of each apprentice to ensure their performance is meeting your needs through regular face-to-face contact both on and off-site.
Regular reporting
Apprentice Solutions will provide you with reports on key milestones to keep you up-to-date on how your apprentice is progressing in their career.
