National businesses that require more than one Australian Apprenticeships Centre in multiple States and Territories can now receive an Australian wide service with the Australian Apprenticeships Alliance.
BUSY At Work is a member of the Australian Apprenticeships Alliance (AAA) and works within our Queensland regions to deliver apprenticeship support to businesses.
The AAA was formed to bring together Australian Apprenticeships Centres in each State to provide national employers with a single point of contact to manage their apprenticeships across the country.
Not only is the process different State by State but often the qualifications vary. It is vital that multi-State organisations receive specialised advice on key requirements for their staff. The Australian Apprenticeships Alliance is that system and provides the perfect solution for national employers.
The AAA members have agreed to benchmarks in service levels and reporting mechanisms that guarantees the level of service you receive is a high standard, no matter what State you’re working in.
The AAA also provides clients with access to a web portal that gives you reporting flexibility to segment information by State, business, brand or even management lines. This allows you to forecast incentive payments for cash flow and budgeting. You can also instantly print out incentive claim forms when they are available. For you, the process of managing as little as 10 or as many as 1000 apprentices becomes easy.
