The National Code of Good Practice
BUSY At Work complies with the Australian Apprenticeships National Code of Good Practice. The Code of Good Practice has been developed to assist both parties entering into a training contract with a clear understanding of each other’s obligations and expectations. A copy of this Code is available from BUSY At Work during the induction and should be retained by the employer and the apprentice or trainee.
The Australian Apprenticeship Centres Code of Conduct
BUSY At Work complies with the Australian Apprenticeships Code of Conduct in their dealings with employers, apprentices, trainees and other interested persons. The Code aims to ensure the delivery of high quality support service with high standards of ethical behavior exhibited to all parties concerned. Australian Apprenticeships Centres are bound by the Code of Conduct through their contract with the Australian Government (DIICCSRTE).
