GTOs
What is a GTO?
A Group Training Organisation (GTO) employs apprentices and trainees and finds host employers to take them on for a period of time. GTOs take on all the employment responsibilities including looking after the training, paperwork and payroll, so employers can focus on running their business. The host employers provide skills and industry training for the apprentice or trainee. They also enable the apprentice or trainee to be transferred to other host employers to further the skills required for their qualification.
