The challenges of juggling a new job with study while still trying to have a life can be tough. But it's not impossible and it can be a lot easier and more enjoyable for your staff with support from the right person.

A coaching program through our managed service gives help and advice to staff that are working and studying.  A successful coaching program focuses on developing staff skills and potential. It can also enhance the diversity of your workforce and general productivity of your business.

As part of our managed program coaching is provided to your apprentice over an agreed period. It is delivered by experienced professional coaches who have a common understanding of apprentices’ needs and is based on encouragement, constructive comments, openness, mutual trust, respect and a willingness to learn and share.

The program is tailored to the needs of each business and individual. Throughout the program we identify education and training needs and suggest training programs in skills that may need to be improved such as decision-making and assertiveness. Personal or work issues are also explored, helping to resolve problems as they arise rather than leaving them to escalate.
