We spend time working with your apprentice and provide continual coaching and career counselling for those that may need the extra support. - We spend time training your apprentice in soft skills, such as budgeting and communication, to complement the technical aspects of their apprenticeship and equip your apprentices with fundamental workplace people skills. A recommended program would generally extend to the first two years of the apprenticeship. The amount of assistance and length of support is tailored to the needs of both the employer and apprentice and can be reviewed at any time.
