BUSY At Work understands the critical link between a skilled workforce and a successful business.

Through our discussions with many employers, BUSY At Work has identified the need to offer specific skill sets for employers through our managed service program.

Skills sets are a specific competency that link to a licence, regulatory requirement or defined industry need. These are the skills needed to accomplish a specified task or perform a given function within the workplace. For example you may be working in the logistics industry and need to undertake training to become a licensed forklift driver.

BUSY works with Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) to deliver quality outcomes for employers seeking this service for their staff. Skill set training opportunities are delivered through an RTO and are available to specific industry sectors such as transport and logistics, mining and resources, trades and trade related services, and light and heavy industrial.

BUSY At Work is not a RTO but works with RTOs across Queensland to deliver this service to our clients.
