Grow Your Painting Business Through Apprenticeships

Australian Apprenticeships offer anyone of working age the opportunity to train, study and earn an income in a wide range of occupations and trades. An apprentice can be a school-leaver, a person re-entering the workforce or someone wishing to change careers.

You can even employ apprentices part-time or while they are still at high school through a school-based apprenticeship.

Traineeships are also available for office based roles.

Signing Up an Apprentice … It’s As Easy As 1,2,3

Step 1: FIND the Right Apprentice

Choose an existing worker, someone you know.
We can recruit for you and run pre-employment screening.

Step 2: CHOOSE a Registered Training Organisation

Use your current RTO.
We’ll provide a list of RTOs in your area.

Once selected, together you’ll develop a training plan.

Step 3: COMPLETE the Induction & Training Contract

BUSY can arrange the rest. We will all meet at the most convenient time to complete the ‘sign up’, explain the Training Contract and incentives you may be eligible to claim.
