About the position
The purpose of this position is to promote and deliver the services of BUSY At Work’s Australian Apprenticeship Support Network; by generating Australian Apprenticeships commencements through business development and account management activities.

As an Apprenticeship Field Officer, you will develop business relationships with Employers, Apprentices, Registered Training Organisations, Schools, Job Network agencies and other stakeholders; fostering these relationships to ensure sustainable performance outcomes.
You will be provided with the tools  of the trade (Phone, Laptop & Vehicle) where you will also undertake contact visits to employers and apprentices/trainees where required; and participate as a member of an extended service team.

Centrally located in Southport, this is a full-time fixed-term contract until June 2023. 

About you
If you possess superb communication skills, focusing on developing sustainable working relationships, have demonstrated ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines, established history working to and exceeding targets, have previous experience within an Australian Apprenticeship Support Network (AASN) or other related Vocational Education and Training (VET) organisation.
