At BUSY at Work, our BUSY Sisters Program exists to connect women with high-quality trade apprenticeship opportunities; not just roles but long-term careers built on integrity, retention and genuine support.
We partner with employers we trust and are confident in, underpinned by strong retention outcomes and aligned values, ensuring meaningful opportunities for women entering the trades.
We are proud to be partnering with Hitachi Construction Machinery Australia as part of their upcoming 2027 Apprenticeship Intake. Hitachi’s people-first culture and commitment to long-term career development strongly align with the BUSY Sisters model which provides mentoring and support for women entering trade careers.
