The Workforce Australia Transition to Work program is an Australian Government initiative that provides pre-employment support to increase confidence and skills in young job seekers (15-24 years of age) and help them access opportunities such as work, apprenticeships and traineeships or education.
The program has a strong focus on helping young people understand what is expected in the workplace and supporting them with the skills, behaviours and work ethics that employers are looking for.
BUSY At Work delivers this program at the locations below and has a number of young job seekers willing to start work as soon as possible. The recruitment service is free to employers and the Australian Government provides Youth Bonus wage subsidies of up to $10,000 (GST inclusive) if you offer ongoing employment to Transition to Work job seekers.
