BUSY At Work is excited to partner with Australia's largest privately owned builder, Hutchies (Hutchinson Builders) to deliver the Statim-Yaga (Start Work) program. Statim-Yaga focuses on engaging and supporting Indigenous workers already in or looking to join the construction industry.
Funded under the Australian Government’s Employment Parity Initiative, Hutchies has a target of training and placing 350 Indigenous job seekers into employment within the construction industry by 2019.
This quality program demonstrates why Hutchinson Builders is so well respected within the construction industry, and BUSY is very proud to be working alongside them to make the program’s vision a reality.
Together with Hutchies BUSY will deliver Indigenous specific mentoring support and career planning, focusing on the first 6 months of employment.
