ABOUT THE ROLE
The Australian Government’s National Disability Coordination Officer (NDCO) Program works strategically to assist people with disability access and participate in tertiary education and subsequent employment, through a national network of regionally based NDCOs.
The NDCO will work with stakeholders at the local level to reduce systemic barriers, facilitate smooth transitions, build links and coordinate services between the education, training and employment sectors.
Based in our Head Office in Southport, this role is being offered on a full time contract until 30 June 2025. Travel will be included to ensure success in this role, covering Gold Coast, Logan, Beaudesert and Redlands City areas.

ABOUT YOU
The successful applicant will possess:
- Solid understanding and working knowledge of the Disability sector or similar
- A strategic approach to managing own workload
- A collaborative communication style to build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders
- Outstanding Business Development and Networking abilities
- Ability to form solid working relationships that produce outcomes
- Previous experience in the Disability Employment Services / Employment Services sectors will be highly regarded
