Key Success Factors and Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team to consistently achieve individual and team KPI’s.
  • Working with a diverse range of customers in a culturally appropriate manner, and one that is understanding of disadvantages and abilities.
  • Delivering operational projects within Employment Services sectors within budget

Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:-

  • Lead a team of various roles ensuring individual and team KPI’s are achieved
  • Take pride in working with disadvantaged job seekers: you will become pivotal in their journey of employment through the opportunities the team and you have created for them
  • Foster strong relationships to ensure a constant business is maintained
  • Take responsibility for achieving weekly and monthly placement and outcome targets
  • Support your team to achieve their goals by building strategic employer relationships
  • Innovate program strategies
  • Create relationships with community stakeholders that support the needs of the program
  • Manage the governance associated with expenditure through the fund, ensuring and delivering compliance whilst adhering to
  • guidelines and policies

A bit about you…
To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience of leading teams, including remote and mobile teams, and capability in driving performance and meeting KPI’s and targets
  • Strong people management, coaching and mentoring skills
  • Exceptional ability to build strategic relationships resulting in business outcomes
  • Knowledge and use of the appropriate employment services contract DEED and guidelines desirable but not essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to adapt style to suit the audience
  • Ability to prioritise workload, use initiative to find solutions and multi-task
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to interpret a broad range of information including data, contracts and deeds
  • High level of computer literacy
  • An open car drivers’ licence

Candidates with relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience within Leadership and Management are highly desirable.
