Your Coffee Could Help Someone In Need

On Friday 5th August Busy Beat Café in Ipswich will for the first time be participating in CafeSmart.

CafeSmart is an initiative by StreetSmart and will take place in hundreds of cafes around the country during National Homeless Persons’ Week 1-7 August. For more information on this great initiative Click Here.

If you like your caffeine hit during the day make sure you get yours on Friday 5th August at Busy Beat and know that it’s going to help someone. On Friday only, Busy Beat will donate $1 for every coffee sold to StreetSmart. It may even pay to get two.

Busy Beat is more than a coffee shop it’s a social enterprise and our purpose is to help local job seekers re-engage into the workforce. So if you choose to get your coffee from Busy Beat you’re choosing to help the local community. We provide a number of successful programs and initiatives that assist local community members in gaining employment and furthering their careers.

Following the recent Queensland Health advice, a number of BUSY At Work offices will be temporarily closed in the Greater Brisbane Area from 5pm Monday the 29th March and will not reopen until after the Easter long weekend on Tuesday the 6th of April, 2021.
