We are seeking passionate individuals to join our team in meaningful roles that directly support young people and families across Queensland. Our work focuses on providing guidance and connection to young people during some of their most challenging periods, including times when they may be separated from community, and continuing that support as they reconnect with family and community life.
Our organisation values cultural connection, community knowledge and the unique perspectives that diverse team members bring to creating positive pathways and reducing the likelihood of young people returning to harmful patterns.
Regions of Interest

Team Leadership Positions
- Lead and coordinate community-based support initiatives
- Provide guidance and direction to program delivery
- Build partnerships with local services and community organisations
Mentoring Roles
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to young people during challenging times
- Offer consistent connection and cultural guidance at critical points in their journey
- Support successful transitions back into community and family life
- Draw on cultural knowledge and lived experience to promote positive long-term outcomes
Administration Support
- Regional administration duties including reception and program coordination activities
- Maintain records and support reporting requirements
- Assist with scheduling, resource coordination and compliance requirements
