BUSY At Work, an Australian Apprenticeship Services Network provider, support TAE with their apprenticeship staffing requirements and their five year plan to skill their staff for the future and increase diversification in their workplace.

Laurence Beraldo, Head of Aerosystems at TAE Aerospace said, “TAE recognises that our employees are key to our success, and we look for individuals who share our passion to succeed and generate results. Investing in apprenticeship and traineeship qualifications to upskill our staff is an important aspect of our company as it continues to grow.”

The company acknowledge that diversity of people results in the diversity of innovation and perspective. Their goal is to grow female representation within the company, working with other industry partners to pave the way for women in the aviation and aerospace industry – and the introduction of another three female apprentices in their latest intake is just the beginning.

Invested in maintaining a highly skilled and talented workforce through their learning and development programs, TAE is utilising a variety of avenues to ensure talent is grown internally, no matter what stage of their employees’ career as they believe it is never too late to learn new skills.

“BUSY at Work provides a seamless induction process and exceptional ongoing support for our apprentices and trainees and TAE Aerospace. Everyone understands their obligations and BUSY at Work’s follow up support is exceptional with their friendly expert staff always willing to go the extra mile to ensure the best outcome for all involved.”
